Paisley Wines' winemaker Derek Fitzgerald told us “It’s humbling to stand on the surface of the land in the northern end of the Barossa, on soils that are over 200 million years old. These soils must not only be some of the oldest in the world, but also the oldest that grapevines are planted on.”
This became the genesis of the design creation: exquisite wine millions of years in the making. The series features three individual styles of Barossa Shiraz. Each label has different embellishments to create the soil and stone textures - using a combination of emboss, matt high builds and varnish screens... with a different foil high-light to represent the unearthed discovery of each wine.
